Orient Software’s labor policy is of course in compliance with Vietnamese labor legislation, including requirements for social and health insurance, annual leave, working conditions, etc. We also offer additional health insurance for each employee. All employees receive free breakfasts and lunch voucher. Employee evaluations occur every six months to provide you with ongoing feedback on performance.
