Accounting Specialist - Work in Da Nang

Responsibilities

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Ensure all taxes are paid on time, and all transactions comply with the laws and rules
• Prepare monthly accounting report, monthly/quartly tax report (PIT, VAT, Withholding Tax,...)
• Prepare tax return dossiers (if any), Yearly Financial Statement, Personal income tax finalization, Corporate Incomes Tax finalization
• Do the necessary paperwork for the payments
• Declare social insurance (Working well with TS24 is a plus)
• Suggest ways to decrease the cost and increase profit
• Act as a liaison between the internal and external auditors
• Other duties as assigned: banking transactions & reconciliation…
• Other related tasks assigned by Line Manager

Requirements

• From 3-4 years of experience years in Accounting position (experience working in the IT field is a plus)
• Good communication in English
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Knowing usage of accounting (Misa, Bravo), social insurance, and tax software
• Highly detail-oriented and organized at work
• Ability to meet the assigned deadline
• Good with email and Microsoft Office, the accounting software (Misa, Bravo)
• Interpersonal skills, communication skills
• Being flexible and able to work independently but also in group
• Being reliable, honest.
• Desire to work in the Technology industry and dynamic environment with high adaptation level.
