Responsibilities

Recruitment:

  • Actively create a pool of candidates for sourcing through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels.
  • Handle the recruitment process to hire the most suitable talented employees for the company. Including screen, shortlist, interview, reference checks, offer preparation for potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status.
  • Collaborate closely with the hiring teams at company, ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience.
  • Conduct staff onboarding and orientation for newly hired.
  • Other related tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Employer Branding:

  • Take responsibility for company employer branding for all Channels, Internal and External events.
  • Build up and maintain a good relationship with universities to support recruiting activities and branding.

Requirements

Hard skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT Industry, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its unique challenges and dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
  • Proven skills in networking and negotiating, adeptly identifying and engaging top talent.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools for streamlined processes and data management.
  • Experience in Employer Branding strategies to effectively showcase the company's culture and values to potential candidates.

Soft skills:
